TARDIS Type 40 Schematic/General Plans Index, 01 by Time-Lord-Rassilon TARDIS Type 40 Schematic/General Plans Index, 01 by Time-Lord-Rassilon
Update, new color style schematic and modified design.

Whovians! Here is the first page of the TARDIS Type 40, Schematic and General Plans Index. The seal of Rassilon, the first architect of the Time Lords, and father of their society will be alternated with the winner's symbol for the Architect of the Time Lords of Gallifrey. Your seal will also be included on the cover to take it's place next to that of Rassilon's seal, and will be included in the IX sections of the Time Lord Compendium!

I wanted to upload this to showcase what it will be when the winner wins the contest, and where their seal will be located on page 2 and subsequent pages of this book! I have great faith that all contestants will give it their all, and look forward to getting with our judges on June 1st to decide on the seal that will forever be linked with that of the Architect of the Time Lords of Gallifrey, the acolyte and successor to that of the Immortal Rassilon! Good luck every one! :)

Note: Special thanks to the writer of this schematic page, willbswift on deviantart for his ample and amazing assistance, of which none of this work would be as accurate and correct! Thanks for taking your valuable time to help me out, I am very appreciative and humbled by that. Please visit his website work at www.whoniverse.net/tardis/

An updated and greatly expanded version of his technical index is here: TARDIS Technical Index at bit.ly/tardistech

Amazingly detailed information.

One correction, second paragraph at the top, "Since the Type 40's were some of the last to be..." the apostrophe doesn't need to be there.

Note: humanoid scale..the period dot after the 39 in the left corner paragraph would be the size of a 6 foot person.

Is 'atron receptor antenna' a typo for 'artron'?  Great piece of work, btw.

They will be there, but it will be more structured. I mean it still looks like a ton of orbs with corridors, and such in a spherical shape, but thanks to Will, I have been given a crash course on the show's technobabble, and have married it to the physics work I have been doing, and now I think I have the perfect model. This is the central structure that produces it all. this will be a floor model version of the TARDIS, sans the Doctor's upgrades, at first.. there will be a back section covering that. This is like a factory show car, Just the basics..

You can find a contents page, but the actual archive is gone somewhere. I've got a few copies on my PC. The TARDIS described there is simple but remarkable.

Me too! I just want to submit all my art as soon as I do it, this wait is killing me! I have 12 pages of schematics already completed, but the texts all have to come through my collaborator friend Willbswift, so it will be slow going there.. Also until the contest wraps up, the top and bottom view of the scepter, are going to have to wait until I get that seal for the architect.. It's killing me keeping these under wraps!! they are sooo cool! this is hands down the best TARDIS work I have ever done!
